This is the continuation of Friday photo-story series - "Finding a tree"... New readers/subscribers kindly read last Friday's post to get a recap....read and enjoy! Chapter3: (An Inevitable End!) The grandfather and grandson started on their 1 million worth journey to see a tree. They reached the north pole in a day by airbus and were greeted with a bunch of trees and a few animals and birds (chickens , goats and rats only!). The grandfather felt really sad and guilty by the sight , that only these were the only living things other than humans that were alive. But his grandson was so overjoyed by the strange sight of trees and few animals and birds. Suddenly the grandson got a doubt and he asked " I eat chicken and vegetables everyday how do we get them when only this much of trees , plants and animals exist?". His grandfather took a heavy breath and said " dear grandson I am really sorry, when we were kids there were numerous trees, plants, animals and birds , even in and around our houses but due to human greed and unthinkable industrialization we have lost everything. Now we only eat lab engineered food. Sadly the world we live in is slowly becoming inhospitable and nearing an inevitable end, and we are the sole reason for it !"...
